Lots of celebrities have been bullied. Here are stories about celebrities who have been bullied, or who are being cyber bullied by "haters". Haters are people who don't like a specific singer, actress, author, etc. and they say hurtful things to them through the internet, social networking sites, and mail. Regular people like you are also bullied. Here are some of their stories. Just a warning for when you read these stories: a few contain suicidal endings or suicide attempts.
Demi Lovato- Demi was bullied when she was 12 years old, in middle school. Hate petitions (about her) used to be passed around her school for people to sign, they. other students would have CD-bashing parties, where they would steal her song demos, play them, and make fun of them. They would come to her house, stand in the street, and yell things at her. The next day, they would laugh and make fun of her. It was so bad that she believes thats what led her to seeking out help for issues like an eating disorder and cutting herself about two years ago. Sometimes she thought that she would never be able to move on. She has moved on now and is the new ambassador for Secret's "Mean Stinks" campaign to have girls "gang up for good" to stop bullying in schools. One morning she surprised some students at New York City's Women's Leadership School to tell them about the program. She had asked the girls to pledge to have a "Drama Free School Year" by making a pinky swear, symbolized by wearing blue nail polish on their pinky fingers.
Trish McClune- From the time she started school through 6th grade, Trish McClune was bullied. Kids called her "Tissue" and wiped their noses on her clothes. Once, her best friend punched her. Even her cousins and sister got in on the game, forming the "WHEAT" (We hate everything about Trish Club.) "There were times when I would just sit outside at recess by myself ." McClune, now 31 and a communication associate in Lancaster, PA, told "LiveScience."

From the first day of play practice she realized there was a group of four girls and there was a leader to she seemed nice at first. But then things turned around she started making up lies and calling me names which made me cry. Lizzie said they took all the joy away from her. There was this one girl who hated the bully. They told each other we were gonna tell the director about this problem. One time Lizzie went looking for her and she was making fun of her secretly with the other group of girls. One time she just went up to the director by herself and told him about the problem. But he did not want to help is all he said is, "Kids will be kids just ignore them." After that Lizzie told her mom and she helped her through it.

At one point, it got so bad that I quit cheerleading. "She still has haters in her life now, but Jessica says, "It's nothing like having your classmates hating you and hating everything you do." Jessica also admitted what kept her going. " I believed that God was preparing me for the life I have now."
Lady GaGa- She admitted in high school she was bullied. She was often referred to as the loser kid. She says "It still hurts thinking about thse words from high school." She got picked on for having buck teeth and a big nose. She had a nice group of friends, but there was always a group that made fun of her body image or personality.
Justin Bieber- Justin was not really bullied in school, but now as a celebrity he has lots of haters. The media likes to bully him on T.V., in newspapers, etc. While the media picks on him, so do the paparazzi. The paparazzi follows him everywhere, looking for the next great pic or story. The worst part is the people who hate him just because. These people post mean comments on twitter and instagram about him and say hurtful things when they see him on the streets. Some people even throw things at him. Justin ignores the haters and is happy with his life right now.
Taylor Swift- Junior high was one of the toughest times for Taylor Swift. She always got dumped on by the popular girls at school because she was never pretty enough. Her friends and classmates always called her weird and annoying. At lunch she would go to sit with her friends at their table and they would just move to a new one. They also thought it was really weird that she liked country music. Look at where her love for country music got her. Even though she was bullied, this does not mean she is not famous today.
Kenneth- Kenneth was a gay freshman in Iowa who ater getting bullied and reicving andeath threats from his classmates through his phone, he killed himself. The bullying began when an anti-gay Facebook group was created by his classmates. His mom knew that he was being harrassed and said that her son had told her, "You don't know what it's like to be hated." His sister said that the abuse started when he "came"out" was from people he trusted. Alot of people that were his friends either joined in the "fun" or didn't want to say anything.
Morgan Mussun- Morgan was 6ft tall. She was bullied for 7 months about her height before she committed suicide. Morgan wanted to be a policewoman so she could help people, but no one would help her. Her parents moved her from the school where she was bullied at, but the gang who bullied her lived near her. Morgan felt so scared to go out, because they followed her everywhere and ganged up on her. The bullies were 7 girls in her grade at her old school who lived near her. They threatened to kill her and beat her up. Morgan was terrified of bumping into one of these girls. She was petrified of what they would do to her. The only reason they bullied her is because she was tall and different from everyone else, and also because she was sensitive and quiet even though she was 6ft. After 7 months of this terrible bullying, she committed suicide. She took 40 tablets of a powerful painkiller and went to bed for the night. The next morning, her mom went to wake her at 6am for school. She found her dead. Morgan's mom is telling all parents, "If their child is scared of bullying, do not send them to school."

He was cyberbullied on that site. He had been cyberbullied since 5th grade and his parents never knew about it. A few of his friends new about it but they never told a grownup, so he never got any help. Ryan couldn't take all the bullying and nasty rumors anymore, so he committed suicide.
Grace K. McComas- A 15 year old who took her life on Easter Sunday to end the pain of cyberbullying. Grace's favorite color was blue and she was a sophomore from Baltimore. According to her father she was bullied for months before she died and it was carefully documented by her family.

So she started some nasty rumors, sent text to Megan's boyfriend saying, "She's not good enough for you," and "I am gonna kill her." One day Megan's art teacher heard her talking about this to one of her friends and told the guidance counselor. When Megan went to talk with the guidance counselor she lied and said it was not true. She did not want to cause more trouble. The next year her and the bully became friends.
