Information about Victims'
Unless you have directly experience bullying, you may not realize just how devastating it can be, especially to a child or a teenager. As well as being deeply hurtful, bullying can leave anyone frightened, angry, depressed, and undermined. But bullying should never be tolerated. You as a victim should stand up for yourself and tell a prarent or trusted grown-up and get help.
Bullying is usually kept a secret because the victim sometimes feels ashamed or too embarrassed to tell an adult. Victims can feel left out, or that nobody likes them. Some people who are victims of bullying do not want to worry their parents or have anyone get involved with the situation.

Information about different types of bullying and ways to stop it.
Physical Bullying
1.Know that anger and violence is never the answer. If you loses their temper, the bully might tell someone that
you were yelling/cursing or harming the bully in any way. That would get you in trouble and you might not have the courage to say that that person is bullying you. It's times like that where you would have to stand up and say something.
2. Simply walk away. If you walk away and the bully follows, tell the people around you to join in and have some fun with you. The bully will eventually get bored and walk away. Most bullies like attention, but when they don't get the attention they want they leave. Continuously doing that could stop the bullying all together.
3. You need to confuse the bully. Every time the bully says something, you can start dancing or laughing. Before the bully can say anything, you can say a bunch of knock knock jokes. The bully would be so confused that he/she will walk away. Hopefully if you keep doing this, the bullying will stop all together.
4. You should know that this won't last forever. It will stop eventually, so you should take it one day at a time. But if the bullying is starting to affect you in social and physical ways, then tell someone immediately!
5. When you are getting physically bullied, it's not hard to tell. You will come home crying, bruised, bleeding, or cut. These are signs of physical bullying. This should be reported right away, or it will just get worse and worse. You shouldn't stand up to the bully or fight back. If you stand up to the bully, the bully might just hurt you more or hurt you more often. If you fight back, this gives the bully an advantage and you may get hurt more often.
Cyber bullying-
1. If you are is getting cyber bullied, don't just stand there and wait for it to stop. Shut down the account, get a new mobile number, don't play the game, or tell someone that this is happening. You might not want to tell anyone but it would be the right thing to do. Then it's out of your hands and you can watch as a proffessional takes care of this. You might not want to stop playing that game. It could be your favorite game, but you have to stop playing in order for the bullying stop. If it doesn't, always tell someone and they can handle this. You can always get a new account and always unfriend the bully, but that won't always stop them from bullying you. They may continue to be a verbal or a physical bully instead. If you did everything you could to try and stop this and it continue,s then it's time to tell someone. Otherwise, tell someone right away before it gets serious.
